1. Providing the active assistance in the reconciliation of the direct scientific, manufacturing and cultural contacts of the firms, organizations, institutions of our region, and also with the other regions and foreign partners, through the realization of the regional, inter-regional, subject and international exhibition measures on the contract conditions.

2. Showing the specific ways of the solution of actual problems of the economic, science-technological, social development of the region in the expositions, the ensuring of the holding of the interbranch exhibitions and scientific and practical conferences on the most important workings out and of the assistance in their further implantation to the production of the firms of our region.

3. Granting the information about the new achievements in the field of science, engineering and economics to the firms, enterprises and organizations, interested in it.

4. Providing the firms and organizations of our regions with the assistance in entering the regional and foreign markets.

5. The implantation of the regional wholesale, production and trade fairs including the commodity producers of the region, trade enterprises and organizations to establish new economic contacts and to expand the existing ones between the firms of all patterns of ownership, the increasing of the realization volume of the goods of the firms-participants, giving the assistance in the engaging of the investments to the production and concluding the long-term treaties between the producers and the firms of the wholesale and retail trade.

6. The conducting of the Days of the regions in our region with the simultaneous introduction of the cultural program, showing the potential of the region and of the young talents in the field of technical works, art and culture.

1. Organizes the branch and interbranch exhibitions, fairs, scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, seminars, renews the exposition of the permanent exhibition in time.

2. Conducts the negotiations with the other regional and oblast exhibitions, SCSTEI, firms, organizations and enterprises.

3. Concludes the treaties and contracts on granting the services in the organization of the exhibitions and fairs, acting as a coordinator and a middleman at the implementation of the exhibition measures.

4. Elaborates the plans to carry the exhibitions, fairs and other measures that are the basis for the working the financial plans up, on the basis of the mentioned agreements and contracts.

5. Grants the intermediary services in the establishing of the scientific, manufacturing and cultural relations.

6. Creates the reference bank of the newest achievements and also the data bank of the regional firms, organizations and enterprises, organizes the publication of the newsletters, projects and advertising in MASS MEDIA.

7. On the basis of the information bank provides the commodity producers with the information about the progressive science and technical achievements being demonstrated at home and foreign exhibitions, fairs.

8. Under the arrangement with the firms, enterprises and organizations realizes their production in the firm kiosks located in foyer.

9. Elaborates and puts the measures on an effective utilization of the exhibition areas, dilating the kinds of services and on the improvement of their quality into practice.

10. Provides the participants and visitors with a complex of services.

11. Organizes the cultural leisure of the population on the basis of the exhibition (the demonstration of movies, video films, models of clothes of Vinnytsya firms, cultural programs of district amateur groups, carrying the parties dedicated to the certain topics out, etc.).

To implement the project the Exhibition center was opened, its activity has been guided with the Decree of the President of the Ukraine from 30.10.96 #1015 "About the measures, to improve the exhibition activity of the Ukraine", by "The temporary order of carrying out the exhibitions and fairs in the Ukraine ", by "The statute about the Exhibition center", by the orders of the regional state administration, by the current legislation of the Ukraine.
