OAO "ATEKO" Turbov engineering plant has a sufficient material resources and intellectual potential for municipal equipment manufacturing. The technical characteristics of the production of firm do not yield to western analogues. They mastered manufacturing of 13 kinds of machines for the municipal economy:

·   KO-413 garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis GAS - 33072;

·   KO-413-3 garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis GAS - 3309;

·   KO-415A garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis KAMAZ - 53213;

·   KO-429 garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis ZIL -133D40;

·   KO-431 garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis ZIL-433362;

·   KO-436 garbage truck with a back loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis ZIL - 433362;

·   KO-437 garbage truck with a back loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis KAMAZ-4925;

·   KO-713 machine is combined (watering-washing sand-spreading machine), including equipment on hanges on the basis of chassis ZIL-433362;

·   KO-713-01 watering, washing, cleaning road-sweeper-collector with equipment on hinges.

·   KO-713-02 sand-spreading road-sweeper-collector, including equipment on hinges;

·   KO-415-01 garbage truck with a lateral loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis KAMAZ-52213;

·   KO-436-1 Garbage truck with a back loading, including equipment on hinges on the basis of chassis ZIL-433362;

OAO " Rososhanka paper-mill " was built in 1912. Produces the following kinds of production:

·   cardboard of a flat layer

·   crimped cardboard

·   boxes

·   trays to pack vodka goods

·   mazuted paper.

Productive capacity of the factory - _4800 thousand tons of production annually.

is a highly mechanized and automated enterprise. Was constructed in 1847. The entire reconstruction of the plant was being made since 1972 up to 1984.

Productive capacity of the plant is processing of 2500 thousand tons of beets per 24 hours.

Specializes on the flour manufacturing. Productive capacity of the firm is 30 tons in sack-packing or 40 tons without packing production per 24 hours.

Grain taking capacity of grain is 51 thousand tons (17 grain stocks). Grain drying capacity is 176 tons (4 grain drying lines), 14 places of auto reception of grain, 8 of them fit to road trains and "KAMAZes". 95 percent of works with grain are mechanized.

All storage facilities have railways entrances equipped with 10 devices for coach loading through the upper hatches and 3 devices for coach unloading. The complex has 400-toned warehouse of flour and 1000-toned warehouse of mixed fodders.

The plant has the following workshops:

·          of wine bottling with the production capacity of 500 decalitres per shift

·   workshop of water bottling - 500 decalitres per shift

·   workshop of cereal production - 2 tons per shift

·   workshop of production of oil - 1 ton per shift

·   workshop of dried fruits - 0,4 tons per shift

·   workshop of mashed potatoes manufacture - 1 ton per shift

·   workshop of juices manufacture - 2 tons per shift

·   confectionery workshop - 1 ton per shift

·   workshop of fish smoking

There are 13 workshops in total. 7 of them are the village of the urban type Lipovyets, 5 - in the city of Illintsi, 1 - in the village of urban type Pogryebishchye.

Has enough capacity to process 40 tons of milk per shift. Produces 14 kinds of dairy produce.

Mild cheese: "Moldavskiy", "Vinnitskiy", "Lyubityelskiy".

Hard cheese: "Bukovinskiy", "Yenakiyevskiy", "Dnyeprovskiy", "Rossiyskiy", "Zvyenigorodskiy" etc.

Productive capacity:

·      bakery workshop - 24 tons of production per shift

·   sausage workshop - 12,5 tons per shift

·   slaughter workshop - 20 tons per shift

Has sufficient potential and technical-engineering basis to produce new kinds of production according to the orders.

Produces ceramic brick, building mark "M - 75". Productive capacity of the enterprise is 5 million items per year. Provides the region with its own production.

The main production of the plant is enriched kaolin for manufacturing of rubber - technical and plastic items, imitation leather and cloth, GOST 19608-84 mark KKZHT.

Now it is engaged in processing of kaolin waste products with OOO "Ekogarnet". Production - sand of different fractions and structures for water filtration.

The field is not worked because of the absence of licence and components necessary for kaolin enrichment.
