Center of the computer training "NOVIY" (further - Center) is a specialized educational institution and it is aimed on teaching public at large, the chief of the firm as well as the pupil of the first grade, modern computer technologies and their usage in everyday life, study, self-education and professional work. Center works according to the state license that gives it the right of implementation of the educational activity.

          Center is a non-state educational institution; state standards as well as others, including author's and international standards, programs and technologies from the sphere of education are used in its educational process. It enables to offer qualitative educational services. They also take into account making the new professional demands by the employers, introduce in a short period of time and apply scientific and methodic, didactic modes and approaches of the teachers-innovators, of the experienced authors and experts-professionals, become familiar with the new intelligence systems and appendices.

          The computer class of Center is equipped with a complete set of 15 modern personal computers (including those equipped by the sixth generation processor Intel Celeron 400 MHz + 3Dfx and AMD K6-2 300MHz) and appropriate periphery (printer, scanner, projecting equipment, microphones, audio systems, etc.). All computers are joint in the local network and equipped with multimedia. The local network of the class is connected to the worldwide computer network Internet by high-performance data link (Direct PC) with a possibility of Internet connection from any workstation.
