The of Center is multi-stage and flexible -
after taking course of base computer training the listener can take the
following course of special, and later - vocational training.
The classes are conducted as an intensive
course of training for the administrative machinery (chief and his deputies,
directors of subdivisions, secretary, librarian, etc.) and schoolteachers, and
also as ordinary lessons for schoolchildren during the definite term (quarter,
semester, academic year, during holidays). The number of listeners is not to
exceed 15. The cost of training depends on the program, being chosen, and on
the amount of the listeners in the group.
They propose multi-stage computer training
(base, special, professional) for the administrative machinery, schools and
teachers. It is opened with the familiarizing 14-hour program
"Introduction to PC and to Internet" (about the business letter,
tabular calculation, business and illustrative graphic arts, database and
multimedia technologies, about usage of printer and scanner and work in the
Internet in brief).
CCT "Noviy" offers more then 20
programs covering almost all fields of personal computers application, first of
all, the sphere of office activity. CCT "Noviy" offers the
schoolchildren three programs:
- PC usage while training pupils
of elementary school (1-2 form), 1 hour per one week;
- information technologies for
senior and junior forms (3-12) 2 hours per one week.
- vocational training (secretary,
operator, accountant).
The vocational training enables the secondary
school graduates to have not only school certificate but certificate of the
state standard, documenting the availability of the vocational training of the
qualification - educational level "skilled worker". For this he
pupils of senior forms are taken in 1-2- year groups to acquire the following
license professions:
- 4114 Operators of computer
typesetting
- 4115 Accountants (registering
clerks of the account data)
- 4121 Secretaries of the chief
(of organization, firm)

Center hires out 15 modern computers (including
those equipped by the sixth generation processors Intel Celeron 400 MHz + 3Dfx
and AMD K6-2 300MHz). All computers are jointed in the local network and are
equipped with multimedia.
The aim of this service is – to enable everyone
to use the modern computer for personal needs. The computer time hire will give
you the possibility to find, process and use the indispensable information, to
print out the necessary documents.
The rates of computer time hire are reasonable
to the maximum. At increase of time volume the considerable discounts are
offered. The cost of work in the Internet network is moderate only due to the
service of " Internet – taxi”.
Work in Internet
CCT "Noviy" provides for the qualitative
access in the Internet.
This initiative of Center gives possibility to
save listeners' money at the acquiring of training and special literature.
Center hires it out with payment of the deposit value. After the books have
been hired out rather long, CCT gives them as the disinterested help to city
and school libraries, promoting to the computer enlightenment of the general
public.
Center also
renders service on a contractual basis. They are services, concerning the type
of the activity in the field of the computer technologies: search of the
information in Internet, consulting and expert examination of the information
projects, support of the computer component in other trades training:
- book-keeping training,
- highway code study,
- study of subjects from the
school program,
- of foreign languages,
- training and self-dependent
work on the optional basis.
